Ashley Rougeou Ramsey received her professional training as a Physician Assistant from the Louisiana State University's Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. Upon graduation, Ashley returned home to Lafayette and began practicing at TotalCare Health and Wellness in 2009. From the moment she began to practice, her goal was to strive to improve the health and quality of life of her patients. She attends numerous functional medicine and anti-aging training conferences and workshops. The integrative approach to health and prevention continued to inspire her and she went on to acheive her diplomate certification from the American Academy Anti-Aging Health Practitioner. Ashley is motivated to help her patients find their perfect balance and motivates them to not only improve their current health, but aim toward preventing disease in their future.
